In fact, we were partly inspired to start this venture by helping our own moms and pops navigate bad digital experiences. Unfortunately, there are a lot of these bad experiences out there. Therefore, we hope our services not only benefit local businesses but also help the locals who support their local businesses -- by delivering great digital experiences!

In our view, interaction with technology shouldn't be a source of frustration, and providing good experiences with technology should be accessible to all business owners (not just large corporations who command armies of engineers).
